A regular AI gets founder notes wrong 4 times in 10.

How we tested

We asked the same AI model 48 questions about Alex Hormozi’s published methods: once using Founder Memory, once answering from memory. Expected answers were written from the source passages, including the conditions and exceptions each answer needed to preserve.

The answer pairs were placed in random order and graded without identifying which used Founder Memory. We checked whether each answer got the method right and whether it invented a rule, number or quote.

How it works

Connect once. Then just ask.

  1. It asks what matters

Like the founder would, it asks only what changes the advice: sometimes one question, sometimes ten. Then it answers with the founder’s own rules.

  2. It shows its sources

Every point shows its source: the book and page, or the minute in a talk. Quotes are checked word for word. Where the author contradicts himself, it says so.

  3. Your questions stay yours

Without an account, your chat stays in your browser; with one, it’s saved to your account and you can delete it any time. Answers are written with OpenAI’s API, which doesn’t train on them.

One paste to install.

You get a setup prompt with your private link inside. Paste it into your AI and it connects itself. Chat apps tell you where to click.

Questions

Before you ask your first question.

What is Founder Memory?

An AI business advisor built on the published books, essays and talks of proven founders. Describe your business: it asks only what their frameworks need to know, then gives one clear recommendation where every point cites the book page or the minute of a talk. Use it here or inside ChatGPT, Claude and other AI apps.

Is there an Alex Hormozi AI?

Founder Memory is an independent tool: it isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Alex Hormozi, and it doesn’t speak for him. It applies his published books and talks on offers, leads, pricing and money models to your business, citing the page or minute behind every point.

Will it just tell me what I want to hear?

No. It asks about your business first, only the questions that change the advice and at most two rounds of them. Then it gives one clear recommendation tied to your numbers and the founder’s own rules, with sources, instead of generic tips or praise.

Why not just ask ChatGPT?

From memory, it gets founders’ methods wrong and invents rules, numbers or quotes. In our blind test of 48 questions, an AI answering from memory was wrong 40% of the time; with Founder Memory, 4%. It also adds what a folder of PDFs doesn’t: the questions each framework asks first, and lessons linked to their exact page or minute.

Does it make up quotes or page numbers?

Every point links to its book page or video minute, so you can check it, and quotes are checked word for word against the sources. In our blind test it invented a rule, number or quote 2% of the time, versus 27% for an AI from memory. When the books don’t cover your case, it says so.

What is it trained on?

It isn’t a model trained to imitate anyone: it reads the founders’ own published work. Alex Hormozi’s books and talks on offers, leads, money models and pricing, and Paul Graham’s on startups, ideas, growth and fundraising. No private or members-only material, and Founder Memory isn’t written, reviewed or endorsed by the authors. More founders are on the way.

Does it work inside ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Connect it once as a connector (an MCP server) in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or Claude Code and sign in; your AI uses it whenever you ask a business question. Or use the free web chat here, with nothing to set up.

Is it free?

Yes: 1 consultation with no sign-up, then a free account with about 10 a month, no card needed. Pro ($29/month) and Max ($79/month) give you more room.
